3th Scientific Congress for Aligner Orthodontics

November 21 and 22, 2014 in Cologne

After the impressive success in 2012, the German Society for Aligner Orthodontics (DGAO) once again welcomes internationally renowned experts to its 3rd Scientific Congress for Aligner Orthodontics on November 21 and 22, 2014 in Cologne. For the first time, in addition to the scientific program, there will also be a parallel congress for dental assistants.

For two days, in the conference rooms of the venerable Gürzenich in Cologne, contributions from practice and science on all existing aligner systems will present the current state of aligner orthodontics. The interested specialist audience can look forward to an exciting program and a lively exchange of knowledge.

This year, Ms. Dunker and Prof. Dr. Bischoff on the topics of billing and the success of an orthodontic practice from an economic point of view. The first day of the scientific congress is all about the digital future. In his speech, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Erwin Keeve an insight into the future of robot-assisted surgery. Other topics of the day will include the digital process in the manufacture of aligners, the use of intraoral scanners and digital practice. The second day will focus on innovations, possibilities and limitations of the different aligner systems based on clinical studies and practical examples.

At the parallel congress for dental assistants, which is taking place for the first time, the practice employees can learn more about patient reception, patient loyalty, troubleshooting, bleaching and photography.

The congress program will be rounded off with an evening event in the waiting room at the cathedral on Friday evening.

The scientific congress for aligner orthodontics, which takes place every two years, is the largest manufacturer-independent event to date that offers a forum specifically for aligner therapy. The congress is accompanied by a comprehensive industrial exhibition.
