The German Association for Aligner Orthodontics enjoys its growing popularity
Over 150 members have already joined the Association.

Since opening up for members in March 2009, the German Association for Aligner Orthodontics e.V. (DGAO) has grown to an impressive size in the orthodontic landscape. 150 members bear witness to the increasing importance of metal-free orthodontics.
The DGAO was founded in November 2007 and has its headquarters inStuttgart. Its primary objective is independently to highlight the advantages of the increasingly popular metal-free orthodontics and to make these better known through science, teaching, research and public relations.
Prof. Emeritus Rainer-Reginald Miethke (President), Dr Boris Sonnenberg (Vice President), Dr Joerg Schwarze (General Secretary), Prof. Gernot Goez, Dr Thomas Drechsler, Dr Julia Haubrich and Dr Werner Schupp form the Steering Committee of the DGAO.
